Additionally, when your campaign is set to send Call Events, the VoiceShot Call Simulator is useful for testing your campaign. It is a convenient and easy to use method to test your campaign through your Web browser. It allows you enter key presses and receive Call Events as your campaign plays, simulating the actions that would take place during an actual call:

As the name implies, the VoiceShot Call Simulator generates simulations of phone calls. The simulations are subject to a couple of limitations. No actual phone call is being made, so phone call features such as transfers are represented in the call simulations as prerecorded files in the place of the actual transfer. Also the sound quality of the simulation is a little below what you hear over the phone.
As a final debugging note, keep an unmodified copy of the example code to refer back to as necessary. If while developing your application, you are having trouble doing something, many times re-running the example can provide additional insight.
