Formatting your call list to send to the US and Canada

Summary

A call list is a database of numbers. To use with VoiceShot, your call list must be one of the following two formats:

MS Excel®
	End in the .xls or .xlsx extension. For example, list.xls or list.xlsx
	Contain a field named Number that contains the numbers that you want to call. For more information, click here.
	Phone numbers must include area codes
	Phone numbers must not start with 1
	The Number field can be a maximum of 50 characters wide
	If your .xls file has multiple sheets, all fields must be on a sheet named Sheet1.

ASCII Comma Delimited
	End in the .txt or .csv extension. For example, list.txt or list.csv
	Contain a field named Number that contains the numbers that you want to call
	Phone numbers must include area codes
	Phone numbers must not start with 1
	The Number field can be a maximum of 50 characters wide
