Follow this procedure to add a call
transfer to your campaigns. |

Outbound Campaigns |
| |
1. |
From the orange menu bar, click Campaign -->
Open --> Outbound. |

2. |
Click the name of the campaign you want to open
and then click Open. |
| |
3. |
Click on the sound file that you want to add the
transfer to and click Add Transfer. |

Inbound Campaigns |
| |
1. |
From the orange menu bar, click Campaign -->
Open --> Inbound. |

Click the name of the campaign you want to open
and then click Open. |

transfer to and click Add Extension. |
